what is the turn around time for data recovery?
your data can often be recovered within 24 hours, sometimes same day. however, depending on the condition of your drive, it may take up to one week.

is there a fee for canceling an on-site appointment?
there is no fee if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours.
if within 24 hours, there is a $67.50 fee (1/2 hour).

is there a minimum for on-site appointments?
yes, there is a one hour minimum for all on-site appointments
(two hour minimum for businesses).

what is the turn around time for drop off service?
within 24 hours, if not same day
(excluding shipping time for parts, when necessary).

how many days in advance should you
make an appointment for on-site service?
next day service is often available;
however, it's best to schedule your appointment 2-3 days in advance.

what methods of payment are accepted?
cash, check, paypal, and credit card; all paypal & credit card transactions incur additional 3% processing fee;

what are my business hours?
9am-8pm, 7 days-a-week, e-mail anytime.

is this my full-time job or just a side job?
