$95 first hour, $75 each additional hour

on-site (residential) : troubleshooting, repair, tutoring
$85 first hour, $65 each additional hour

remote apple support : instant support via internet

drop-off (burbank) : installations, upgrades, repairs

data recovery : only pay if your data is recovered
$300 per hard drive
(there is a non-refundable $55 fee for hard drive removal from notebooks and some desktop computers; brian can replace your hard drive for no additional labor cost!)

same day service is often available; however, it's best to schedule your appointment 2-3 days in advance.

what methods of payment are accepted?
cash, check, paypal, and credit card; all paypal & credit card transactions incur additional 4% processing fee; you do not need to be a paypal member to pay with a credit card via paypal.
